Reservation refunds

Your $5 fee is refundable on request.

To ask for your reservation fee back, message us through the Dirt Republic contact form or email support@dirtrepublic.com. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can find the payment. Never send card numbers or security codes.

Refunds must be requested; they are not issued automatically. You can also request a refund if the Kickstarter campaign is delayed or cancelled. The reservation does not include a physical delivery, so there is no item to return.

This page covers only the $5 reservation payment made through our Shopify store. A separate pledge on Kickstarter is subject to that campaign’s terms and applicable law.

This policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights.
